The "Qi Ke New Year Custom" originated from the Fu Village Group in the Loufu Village Committee of Luojia Town. The historical origin of the "Qi Ke New Year Custom" can be traced back to the middle and late Ming Dynasty. It is said that the ancestors of Fujia Natural Village originally lived on the banks of the Yellow River in the central plains of Henan Province, and later moved to Luojia Town in Qingshan Lake District. The "Qi Ke New Year Custom" has been passed down for more than 40 generations. The process of the "Qi Ke New Year Custom" is divided into two stages: one is the ancestral hall meeting on the eleventh day of the first lunar month, and the other is the dinner meeting in front of the ancestral hall on the twelfth day of the first lunar month. The number of participants is about 1,000 people. The "Qi Ke New Year Custom" fully demonstrates the kindness, simplicity and hospitality of the people of Loufu Village. This festival custom was born in production labor, and generations of ancestors must abide by this custom. Therefore, the "Qi Ke New Year Custom" in Loufu Village has played a great role in maintaining social order and strengthening people's unity.
