The legend of Yaji Mountain originated from the famous Taoist resort Yaji Mountain. Yaji Mountain is located in the mountains in the north of Liudian Town. The temple was first built in the Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, and prospered in the Qing Dynasty. Emperors Kangxi, Qianlong, Daoguang and other emperors of the Qing Dynasty visited and bestowed plaques. Under this historical and cultural background, a large number of legends have been produced in the Yaji Mountain area, including well-known historical figures, from emperors and generals to ordinary people, people, gods, demons and ghosts, or centered on place names and products, and telling stories based on hearsay. The main publications include "Yaji, Gods and Ghosts" and "Legends of Yaji Mountain".
