Chengguan Town is the political, economic and cultural center of Wuhe County. It borders Sihong County and Jiashan County to the east, Huaihe River and Zhuding Town to the south, Toupu Town to the west, Huaihong New River to the north and Shuangzhongmiao Town across the river. The main performance method of Qiangan Dance is to hold the middle section of the Qiangan in the hand and hit the shoulders, arms, hands, waist, legs and feet of the body. There are singles, doubles, duels and different formations, singing while playing. The whole scene is cheerful and smooth, giving people a visual and auditory enjoyment. Qiangan Dance not only reflects the cultural characteristics of the region, but also reflects the historical pulse of the integration of northern and southern cultures.
