Zhang Qian Culture and Art Festival: Sponsored by Chenggu County People's Government, it starts every Saturday in November and lasts for half a month at the Zhang Qian Memorial Hall. The main contents include philately, flowers, bonsai, root carving, calligraphy and painting, cultural relics exhibitions, exhibitions on Zhang Dong's life and deeds, as well as artistic performances and economic and trade negotiations.
