Berlin Modernism Housing Estates
Modernist housing estates in Berlin. The property consists of six housing estates that bear witness to innovative housing policies from 1910 to 1933, especially during the Weimar Republic, when the city of Berlin was particularly progressive socially, politically and culturally. The property is an outstanding example of the architectural reform movement, which contributed to improving housing and living conditions for low-income people through novel approaches to urban planning, architecture and garden design. The housing estates also provide outstanding examples of new urban and building typologies, with novel design solutions and technical and aesthetic innovations. Bruno Taut, Martin Wagner and Walter Gropius were the lead architects on these projects, which had a considerable influence on housing developments around the world.
Xuliukou Jiulongquan Scenic Area
The scenic area is located on the north side of the Great Wall. It has a forest park, ancient locust trees, fishing ponds, hot spring reservoirs, and a demonstration site for the construction of a new rural area with a pioneering technology. It has beautiful scenery and a pleasant climate. Jiulongquan has a large water area, flat terrain, and a wide field of vision. It has the best hot spring resources in our city. Anping Party Branch Memorial Hall
The memorial hall is located in Taicheng Village, southwest of Anping County, Hengshui City. It is the birthplace of the first party branch of the CPC in Anping County and the first CPC county committee in Hebei Province. It is a national 2A-level scenic spot and a classic red tourism scenic spot in China. It is located 6 kilometers west of Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. It can be reached along Baoheng Road. It is about 30 kilometers away from the urban area of Hengshui. The building area of the museum is more than 200 square meters. It is divided into three parts: "Spark", "Sparks Spreading Across the Prairie", and "Building Homes". It displays more than 200 pictures, photos and other materials, and collects more than 200 physical objects. It introduces in detail the birth process of the Anping County Taicheng Special Branch and the Anping County Committee, the battle mileage of the Anping County Committee leading the Anping people in various historical periods, and the great achievements made by the Anping County people in recent years under the inspiration of the "two firsts". The exhibition layout is rigorous and the theme is prominent. It is a rare base for the education of the party's fine traditions.
