Yamayekou Natural Scenic Area

Shanyekou Scenic Area, a national AAAA scenic area, a national geological park, and a provincial forest park in Hebei Province, is located in Shanyekou Village, Dawuli Township, in the west of Qian'an City, Hebei Province, with a total area of 14 square kilometers and a forest coverage rate of more than 69%. Shanyekou Scenic Area is developed and managed by Qian'an Shanyekou Tourism Development Co., Ltd. It has convenient transportation, 100 kilometers east of Qinhuangdao, 32 kilometers south of Beijing-Shenyang Expressway, and 200 kilometers west of Beijing. The colorful stones formed 1.8 billion years ago are colorful, like birds and beasts, and are amazing; there are also six-legged sacred pines with a tree age of more than 1,200 years, standing proudly, and the tornado of clouds is truly unique in the world.

Chaoyanggou

Compared with the hustle and bustle of the city, you have a refreshing feeling of returning to nature. Hebei Chaoyanggou Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level scenic area, a national geological forest park, a national rural tourism demonstration site, and one of the 30 most beautiful scenes in Hebei. It is located in Chaoyanggou Village, Guantao Township, Wu'an City, Handan City, 80 kilometers away from Handan City. It is the hometown of Mr. Yang Lanchun, a famous drama writer and director, and the prototype of the story of the drama "Chaoyanggou". Chaoyanggou Scenic Area is a tourist area developed based on the prototype of this story. The scenic area preserves the former residences of Yang Lanchun, Li Zhishu, Erdaniang, Shuanbao Yinhuan, Laoping, Laoxiaoxiao, Youliang, and Xiaomutong. Most of the Shengpopei, Yecaowan, Yangpozhao, and Dishuiyan in the Chaoyanggou drama have become tourist attractions. Other scenic spots that can be visited now include Black Dragon Temple, Jiulian Creek, Jiulian Waterfall, Xiangshan, Huashan Cave, Mountaintop Grassland, Longquan Waterfall, Guanri Peak, Yufeng Tower, Yaowang Cave, Shengmu Cave, etc. Chaoyanggou is located in the hinterland of East Taihang Mountain, with unique geological landscape, cliffs, and vegetation coverage rate as high as 98%. In spring, Chaoyanggou is full of peach blossoms and apricot blossoms. In midsummer, butterflies are flying and water is gurgling. Chaoyanggou is located in the mountains with a high altitude. The main peak, Mafengyan, is 1,776 meters above sea level. The climate is cool. It is a tourist destination integrating tourism, conferences, leisure, vacation and entertainment. In autumn, Chaoyanggou, with thick green pine trees, abundant fruits, and red leaves all over the mountain, makes people linger. In winter, the ice and snow are floating, and the branches and weeds are covered with icicles, which are crystal clear in the sun. The ice waterfalls flowing down the ditch make people feel like entering a fairy tale world.

Berlin Zen Temple

Berlin Zen Temple is a famous Buddhist temple in China, an important place of Buddhism in the north, and the seat of the Zhaozhou ancestral temple. It houses the Hebei Buddhist College and the Hebei Zen Studies Institute. The current abbot is Zen Master Minghai, and there are more than 160 monks living there. It is located in the southeast corner of Zhao County, Hebei Province (formerly known as Zhaozhou), and is located in the south of Zhao County with the world's first bridge - Zhaozhou Bridge, China's first tower - Dharani Sutra Pillar and Zhaozhou Small Stone Bridge (Zhao County Yongtong Bridge, all of which are national key cultural relics protection sites). The Berlin Zen Temple Relic Pagoda in the temple is also a national key cultural relic protection site.

Xiao Wutai•Jinhe Scenic Area

Xiao Wutai Mountain is majestic and has undulating peaks. The altitude of the mountain area varies between 800 and 2882 meters. There are more than 50 peaks above 2300 meters above sea level, among which the highest peak, Dongtai Main Peak, is 2882 meters, the highest peak in Hebei Province, and is known as the "Roof of Hebei Province". South Peak is 2743 meters, Middle Peak is 2801 meters, North Peak is 2837.8 meters, and West Peak is 2671 meters. The five peaks stand facing each other from a distance, like five pillars, rising from the ground and rushing into the sky, which is spectacular.

Xuanhua Cultural Ancient City Tourist Area

Xuanhua Ancient City Tourist Area, a tourist area in Zhangjiakou City, is known as the "First Prefecture in Western Beijing". Xuanhua City was first built in the first year of Emperor Xinzong of Tang Dynasty (888) and started to be built in the seventeenth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1394). The circumference of the city is 100 kilometers. Because Zhu Sui, the nineteenth son of Zhu Yuanzhang, was conferred the title of King of Valley, it was built into a large-scale city with a structure similar to that of the capital. In the thirty-second year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1693), Xuanfu Guard was abolished and replaced by Xuanhua Prefecture, which means to spread education. Xuanhua got its name from this. It is the first prefecture city west of Beijing, so it is called "First Prefecture in Western Beijing". There are 3 national key cultural relics protection units, 10 Hebei Provincial key cultural relics protection units in the tourist area, and 9 of them are "First in Western Beijing".
