This unique Yao health culture has been passed down for hundreds of years and is the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Yao people. Yao medicinal bath mainly boils a variety of plant medicines into medicine water at high temperature, pours it into a fir barrel, and lets people sit in the barrel for fumigation and soaking, so that the medicine liquid penetrates into the human body's internal organs and meridians throughout the body, achieving the effects of dispelling wind and dampness, sweating and detoxifying, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
