Halal food preparation techniques
Halal cuisine is a general term for the food of the Chinese people who believe in Islam. Muslims call Islam the Muslim religion and their food Halal cuisine. The meat ingredients used in Halal cuisine are mainly cattle, sheep, chicken and duck. The cooking methods used to cook Halal cuisine were mainly roasted, grilled and shabu-shabu. Later, a large number of cooking techniques of Han Chinese dishes were absorbed. For example, shabu-shabu mutton adopts the Han Chinese shabu-shabu method and becomes the representative dish of northern Halal cuisine. Halal cuisine introduced to my country in the early days was mainly operated by Arabs and the Hui people who gradually formed later. Halal cuisine has three forms, namely: mosque courtyard cuisine (teaching chair cuisine), small commercial cuisine and folk family cuisine. The ingredients of Yixinzhai Halal cuisine are based on Islamic dietary customs. The purchase of cattle, sheep and chicken is fixed from Halal supply points. Halal rules are strictly followed from feeding to slaughtering. Non-halal feed is never used for feeding. Imams are in charge of slaughtering in strict accordance with Islamic rules. The body must be cleansed and bathed the night before, and every poultry slaughtered alive must be chanted. From cutting to cooking, everything is done in strict accordance with Hui customs. For example, the main knife and main spoon are both Hui people, and even the condiments are exclusively provided by Muslims. The unique homemade seasoning formula allows diners to enjoy it with confidence. The taste is fresh, crispy and tender, crispy and fragrant, maintaining the Muslim characteristics and adapting to the Hui taste. Among the Muslim dishes of Yixinzhai, the most distinctive are the beef products series and cold dishes series. The beef products series features Yixinzhai beef pan-fried buns and braised beef as signature dishes. The cold dishes series features the special three-yellow chicken and beef in sauce as signature dishes, which are well-known locally and are very popular. (No pictures yet, welcome to provide.)
