Founded in 1928, it has a history of 75 years. Over the past few decades, Kaisling has gradually developed from a bar at its inception to a comprehensive Western pastry, Western restaurant, bar and snack food company. During this period, it has experienced many ups and downs, but also created brilliance: in 1960, Kaisling's products were widely praised at the "National Western Pastry Technology Competition and Observation Conference" and received a cordial reception from Chairman Zhu De; cream decorated cakes and Venus exquisite biscuits were awarded gold medals by the Ministry of Commerce for the second time; at the 17th Frankfurt Olympic Cooking Competition in Germany, the products carefully made by national master Bian Xinghua won the international gold medal; in 1999, the multi-layer decorated cakes were included in the Guinness Book of World Records for their unique shape and exquisite craftsmanship; in the 2012 Shanghai "Xinya Cup" Western Pastry Competition, Kaisling won all the gold medals for the group and individual.
