"Suining hawking tune" is a general term for hawking tunes and buying tunes. In order to attract and solicit buyers and sellers, local retail vendors, itinerant craftsmen, hawkers, and shop assistants constantly processed and beautified their hawking (buying) language in their business activities, gradually turning it into a singing hawking tune and passed down from generation to generation.
